- Crone: I honour you for your sensible, compassionate and consistent parenting. I only wish there were many others like you. It sounds like your son is really TRYING to do the right thing, but something's a bit out of whack. A simple, common suggestion would be that your son is affected by high-energy attention deficit syndrome, and prescribe a stimulant, such as Ritalin. I DETEST a wholesale approach to the behaviour of young children in a new environment. But I know of cases (including myself) where it has helped focus, to be less "all over the place." He may be an unusually bright child who is BORED. Ask your physician about that, too. Perhaps he simply needs more challenge or stimulation. Maybe he's having problems learning to read? Sometimes, not being able to read makes a child to act "goofy". It's important to remember that some very bright people have problems with dyslexia. (I know a man who was literally a "rocket scientist", who had been written off as a dummy until he learned to read, in the Navy!) Generally speaking, boys tend to be more active and less self-controlled than girls at the same age. And that's just the way people are, whether we like it or not. You sound like a kind and competent parent. Just keep in touch with the teachers, and your family doctor as needed, and carry on as you've been doing. You deserve much praise.
- April R: Sounds to me like your son likes the attention he is getting from you guys. He is communicating through his behavior. He is saying that he would like more quality time with you guys. I read everything you were saying and the routine sounds great but I didn't see you mention the time that you spend with him. I can tell that you love your son and that he is a very healthy boy. I think that if you guys play some board games or do what he likes for a least 30 min or so a day you will notice a change. Good luck and keep doing what you’re doing.
- Jay C: i would recommend you get him checked out for attention deficit disorder,as i used to have it,i eventually outgrew it,but if he has then it could continue up until his teens.the only reason why i recommend you get him checked out is because this is what i used to do when i was younger.

- Caz: you need to explain to the teachers that there isnt much you can do and try and have a behaviour plan in school that reflects the one at home where possible
- rennicke: he nay be over bright and bored at school maybe the work isn't stimulating him enough so he acts the clown then again he may have an illness like adhd i would get him checked out do the teachers at school complain about his work is he doing well in class having said that he is only five and he doesn't realise yet that education is important try maybe saying to him if you are good in school today we can go on a special trip this week end and then if he behaves badly the next day the threat of the trip being cancelled may inspire him to behave at school get him eye q you can get it in liquid form or chewy tablets and see what that does it may help failing that talk to your Doctor and see if he can help

Does This Sound Like A Good Idea For A Book?

ok so i have an idea for a book and i wanna no if this sounds good or not. it’s probably gonna sound cliche but here goes anyway.
so this girl moves to a new town and shes kinda gets an “accident waiting to happen” reputation so ppl tend to avoid her. thats y when she finally gets some friends she afraid to turn them down when they invite her to go to a circus w/ her the only problem is she has a rly bad fear of clowns. during the curcus lots of ppl r murdered by a group of clowns. so mainly its about her trying to survive.
what do u think thats kind of a crappy discription but i just came up w/ the idea last night so its a lil scetchy.
title ideas would be nice too im kinda thinking about something along the lines of death by clown or something about when the circus comes to town but idk
